CHAN 2018: Date, Time, Live Stream for Sudan vs. Nigeria Semi-Final

Sudan and Nigeria will face off for a place in the final of the 2018 African Nations Championship on Wednesday at the Stade de Marrakech in Morocco.

The match will follow the hosts' semi-final clash with Libya earlier in the day, with one of the pair completing the lineup for Sunday's showpiece.

Sudan beat Zambia 1-0 in their quarter-final, while Nigeria overcame Angola 2-1 after extra time.

Read on for a closer look at the clash, but first here are the schedule details:

Date: Wednesday, January 31

Time: 7:30 p.m. GMT/2:30 p.m. ET

TV: beIN Sports 1

Live Stream: beIN Sports Connect (USA), SuperSport (Africa)

Nigeria left it late against a strong Angola side in their quarter-final, with BBC Sport's Nick Cavell noting their struggles in front of goal for much of the contest:

The Super Eagles looked to be heading out after Vladimir Va gave Angola the lead, but Anthony Okpotu—who had been responsible for a number of their missed opportunities—made amends in the 92nd minute:

Gabriel Okechukwu then grabbed the winner in the 109th minute to ensure passage to the final four.

Nigeria have boasted five different goalscorers at CHAN 2018, more than any other team in the tournament, but they will need to be more ruthless if they are to get through the semi-final, as they could have easily lost against Angola on another day.

That's easier said than done against the organised and stingy Sudan, though, as their defence hasn't been breached since they took on Guinea in their first match of the tournament.

Football writer Abdul Musa praised their solidity and singled out one of the key men in their back line:

The Falcons of Jediane haven't offered a huge amount going forward, having netted just three times in the group stage and once in the quarter-final, but they will be a tough nut for Nigeria to crack.

This match could come down to a single, decisive moment, and the ability to capitalise on it will determine who progresses.
