S. Dakota dirt track to race in front of 700 fans

Without any enforceable restrictions against large gatherings due to the coronavirus pandemic, Park Jefferson International Speedway - a dirt track in North Sioux City, South Dakota - is planning to race Saturday with ticket sales capped at 700.
